Evidence can
change the record.

Identify the exact record, snapshot, or page and show us what should be reviewed.

Specific evidence
helps us act.

Corrections may concern a nutrient value, source, taxon, food form, date, geographic claim, cultural attribution, or accessibility problem. Suggestions are welcome, but publication requires evidence that fits the claim and preparation.

From report
to resolution.

01

Submitted

The report receives a record or page reference, issue description, and any supporting source.

02

In review

The cited evidence, preparation match, units, taxonomy, and current published wording are checked.

03

Accepted or declined

The decision and its reason are recorded. A declined report does not silently disappear.

04

Corrected

A material correction advances the dataset patch version or updates the dated editorial record and change log.

Correction is not
quiet replacement.

  • Typographic fixes may be corrected without changing dataset values.
  • Material data corrections advance the patch version and appear in the public change log.
  • New fields or records advance the minor version.
  • Reports remain pending when suitable evidence is incomplete or incompatible.
  • Declined reports receive a reason when the sender provides a reply address.
